Recycling Services

Our recycling service helps raise much needed funds for charities, county councils, schools and other organisations in the Republic of Ireland. We make textile recycling facilities available to a wider community. In addition we help raise awareness of the importance of recycling for the general good of our environment and that of the global environment. Our vehicles make regular collections from our clients.

We provide a national collection service of clothes and shoes from:

Lenrec Services SchoolsSchools

We must take responsibility for the future of our children and our environment. The Green Schools project is an International environmental education programme and award scheme that acknowledges long-term, whole school action for the environment.

Lenrec Ltd aims to put into practice the Green Schools project by working alongside schools to encourage the adoption of sustainable waste management practices.

We would like your school to become involved in textile and shoe recycling. Children will bring unwanted and wearable clothes into school on a scheduled day or when it suits if you choose to have a textile bank. These materials will be collected by Lenrec to be exported and used again in other countries, diverting waste from landfill, helping the environment and generating school funds.

Payment options include:

  1. We pay you, the school, in full for items collected.
  2. We pay you, the school half and the charity of your choice half.
  3. We pay the charity of your choice the full amount collected.
  4. You, the school, suggest how collected funds are spent.
